你將會成為 Akohub 與客戶之間的溝通橋樑，深入理解客戶遇到的問題和需求，並與跨領域的團隊成員溝通協作，共同將解決方案打造出來，並協助客戶導入電商系統。

你將和許多全球等級的品牌或在地中小型電商攜手合作，包含犀牛盾、羅技、小草作、瑪榭、Salomon、毛起來等知名品牌都是我們的客戶。

We’re hiring a Project Manager who can bridge business opportunities and project execution to deliver innovative solutions for e-commerce clients. You’ll engage with potential clients, translate business needs into project scopes, prepare quotations, close projects, and drive successful delivery with our development team. Join us to engage and deliver outstanding customized enterprise solutions for the e-commerce clients.

作為 Akohub 的專案經理，你將與我們優秀的工程團隊與設計師合作，打造持續優化的產品功能或客製化解決方案，直接幫助 Shopify 品牌商家營運更有效率。你的職責包含：

• 透過諮詢與潛在客戶接洽，以了解他們的業務營運模式和需求。
• 將客戶的業務目標轉化為結構化的解決方案，包含我們現有的產品功能、Shopify 商店客製化或系統整合。
• 根據客戶需求，提出明確的提案、規格文件、報價單和實作明細。
• 與我們的開發團隊合作，驗證可行性並進行工時估算。
• 啟動專案並與開發、設計與產品團隊緊密合作，確保執行專案範圍內的規格。
• 確保在每個專案階段都滿足驗收標準，並協助將專案移交給客戶團隊。

As a Project Manager in Akohub, you will collaborate with our talented developers and designers to build enhanced product features or customized solutions that directly help global e-commerce merchants operate their Shopify stores efficiently. You'll be responsible for:

• Engage with potential clients through consultation to understand their business operations and requirements.
• Translate clients’ business goals into structured solution approaches including our existing product features, Shopify store customization, or system integrations.
• Prepare clear project proposals, specifications, quotations, and work breakdowns based on clients’ requirements.
• Collaborate with our development team to validate feasibility and effort estimation.
• Kick off projects and work closely with development, design, and product teams to ensure implementation aligns with agreed specifications.
• Ensure acceptance criteria are met at each milestone and support handover to client teams.

【Location】

台北市捷運古亭站 & 部分遠端工作

1. 1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in e-commerce websites, SaaS software, or system integration environments.
2. Experience handling client-facing roles such as sales, consulting, account management, or solution delivery.
3. Ability to translate business requirements into structured functional specifications.
4. Experience preparing proposals, quotations, and managing project delivery.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. Understanding of software, web, or e-commerce systems.
7. Ability to succeed in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of delivering value.
8. Ability to communicate and demo in English for global clients and team members.
   
   

1. 有 1 年以上工作經驗，具電商或軟體相關專案管理經驗為佳。
2. 具備客戶接洽的經驗，例如銷售、顧問諮詢、客戶管理或解決方案交付。
3. 具備將業務需求轉化為結構化功能規格的能力。
4. 具備專案提案、報價單和管理專案交付的經驗。
5. 優秀的溝通與管理利害關係人能力。
6. 理解軟體、網站或電商系統相關知識。
7. 具備在新創公司的快節奏環境中取得成功並主動為成果負責的能力。
8. 具備英文溝通及展示能力，以應對全球客戶和團隊成員。
