Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Project specification, schedule control, and management.
2. Coordinate and integrate business, customers, and R&D departments, including various meeting minutes and progress follow-up, etc.
3. Customer communication, issue resolution coordination, operational optimization follow-up, versioning, and product quality confirmation.
4. Confirmation of product delivery, negotiation of shipping costs, coordination of logistics, and packaging for shipment completion to the customer's end.
5. Project documentation, explanation and description of product features, maintenance of customization data, and regional warehouse management.
Requirements
Requirements:
1. University graduate, majoring in electrical and electronic engineering or related business and management disciplines.
2. Possess good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
3. Can work independently and has the ability to work well under pressure.
4. Interested in AI products, enjoys problem-solving, exhibits good logic, and maintains a serious and responsible attitude.
5. Fluent in English, Japanese, and preferably has a good command of Chinese.
6. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
