Principle Visual Designer

We are seeking a talented and imaginative Principle Visual Designer with a strong focus on animation design to help define and enhance our brand’s visual identity. This role is ideal for a creative professional who excels in bringing ideas to life through motion graphics, animations, and other dynamic visual elements. As part of our team, you will play a key role in shaping the visual language of a growing brand, collaborating across departments to create designs that captivate, engage, and drive results. The ideal candidate must be comfortable designing for both online and offline events and possess the ability to read and understand Chinese and English copy.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Animation Creation:
Develop engaging animations and motion graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
Produce compelling visual content for marketing campaigns, product launches, webinars, and events.
2. Visual Asset Development:
Design digital and print materials such as banners, posters, brochures, instruction cards, and event visuals that align with Aiello’s brand identity.
Create assets for both online and offline marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency across all channels.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
Collaborate with sales and other departments to deliver visuals that effectively communicate Aiello’s brand story and product value.
4. Brand Consistency:
Maintain and evolve Aiello’s visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring cohesive branding.
5. Innovation and Trend Awareness:
Stay updated with the latest trends in animation and design tools.
Proactively introduce new ideas and techniques to enhance our visual storytelling.

Qualifications:
1. Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2. Professional Experience:
5+ years of experience in graphic and animation design, ideally within a startup or technology environment.
Proven expertise in creating motion graphics, animations, and dynamic content.
3. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in animation and design tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma.
Experience with 3D design tools is a plus.
4. Language Skills:
Ability to read and understand Chinese and English copy.
5. Portfolio:
Strong portfolio showcasing animation projects, branding work, and other design accomplishments.
6. Personal Attributes:
Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced, startup environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
Effective at managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
