1.Develop and grow the revenue target of assigned accounts
2.Build and develop relationship with customers and key internal/external stakeholders/influencers
3.Manage RFQ towards RFQ win through co-working with internal stakeholders and identifying price targets and competitors for each RFQs
4.Build a strong NPI/RFQ win pipeline
5.Understand and have a good understanding of customer’s demand and management of customer forecast into ASE system and management of TSPAM information
6.Manage day-to-day required operation and service support
