1. 扮演對外窗口瞭解客戶需求,協調並分派跨部門事務,且主動跟催回覆客戶
2. 主持客戶來訪、電話會議並能完成會議待處理事項
3. 保持密切客戶互動關係,除建立友善客戶及供應商間橋樑外,更能掌握客戶業務商機及人事動向
