We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic thinker to join our Strategic Marketing and Planning Team as a Strategic Operations Planning Engineer. This role plays a pivotal role in optimizing the company's resource allocation to achieve our strategic goals. You will collaborate across departments to analyze resource needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop data-driven recommendations to propel the company towards optimal business operations.

Responsibilities:

- Strategic Resource Planning: Analyze capital expenditure (CapEx) requests, considering financial viability, alignment with strategic objectives, and impact on business operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments (e.g., engineering, operations, finance) to gain insights into resource requirements and identify areas for optimization.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to assess resource utilization, identify trends, and develop data-driven recommendations for resource allocation.
- Project Management: Support strategic project assignments by providing resource planning expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure project success.
- Communication & Reporting: Clearly communicate complex resource planning data and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related Engineer field.
- Understanding of the electronics and semiconductor industry.
- Experience in resource planning, project management, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Mandarin.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and problem-solving skills.
