1. Execute process plans and process improvements.
2. Analyze and improve product yield.
3. Evaluate and develop new product materials, equipment, parameters, and process specifications.
4. Implement process efficiency improvement and cost reduction projects.
5. Handle customer complaints.
6. Assist with operator training and education.
7. Provide professional technical support to engineers.
8. Responsible for Qual/ENG runs.
9. Handle DN/MRB/low yield issues.
10. Participate in BKM activities.
