Compliance Officer
职缺描述
- Assist in making and conducting socialization related to regulations that have been carried out by the regulator properly.
- Assist in conducting compliance tests on the implementation of regulations in the Company's activities.
- Assist in the self-assessment of the Company's level of compliance with regulations and the principles of Good Corporate Governance.
- Assist in the implementation of reminders on the Company's reporting obligations to regulators.
- Assist in preparing reports on the implementation of the duties of the compliance unit and submitting them to Management.
- Maintain and update data/documents on provisions of laws and regulations relating to the Company's activities.
职务需求
- Candidates must at least posses a bachelor's degree in Law with a minimum GPA of 3,00.
- At least 3 (three) year of experience in compliance/audit/Anti-Money Laundering or other field(s).
- Understands the applicable laws and regulations relating to the Company's business activities.
- Having a good interpersonal communications skill to communicate within internal parties.
- Having an analytical and thorough mind.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and deck products.
