Mechanical Engineer (醫療產品/醫療專案) 機構工程師
職缺描述
- 進行醫療產品的機構設計與開發，負責設計和評估產品的結構與外觀。
- 與跨部門團隊協作，確保設計的可製造性與可組裝性。
- 編制和維護產品的設計文檔，並進行機構設計驗證和測試。
- 主導產品開發過程中的DFM（Design for Manufacturability）工作，確保設計符合生產要求。
- 與供應商合作，完成開模設計與模具開發，確保模具的精度和可行性。
- 支援產品製造過程中的問題解決，並對產品進行持續的改進。
- 撰寫和審查相關技術文檔，進行內部和外部溝通。
- 完成上級交辦事項
職務需求
- 本科及以上學歷，機械工程、機構設計或相關專業背景。
- 5年以上機構設計經驗
- 熟悉DFM（design for manufacturability）和設計優化流程，具備開模經驗者佳。
- 能獨立完成機構設計、分析與測試工作，熟悉3D CAD軟體（如SolidWorks、Pro/E等）。
- 良好的問題解決能力，具備團隊合作精神。
- 英文閱讀和書寫能力中等以上，能夠理解技術文獻並撰寫設計報告。
- 有醫療器械行業工作經驗，熟悉醫療產品相關法規與標準者佳。
- 具備與供應商和製造商合作的經驗，能夠有效進行跨部門溝通。
