工作內容：
- 負責專案進度的追蹤與執行，具備 hands-on 精神，能主動協調跨部門資源、排除障礙，推動專案如期完成
- 具備「補位」心態，願意並有能力在關鍵時刻補上人力／執行缺口
- 擅長會議引導與資訊統整，能迅速產出條理清晰的會議紀要與決策摘要
- 建立與維護專案／營運相關文件，包含各類 SOP、工作流程說明、角色職責與權限邏輯等
- 協助營運流程優化與制度建立，包含但不限於 PRD 模板設計、內部系統使用文件撰寫等
- 熟悉企業後台營運系統（不限於設計或實際使用經驗）
- 與產品、技術、法遵等部門密切合作，確保營運與開發無縫銜接
応募条件
必要條件：
- 五年以上相關工作經驗，具備良好的專案管理與跨部門協作經驗
- 英文能力中上，能獨立閱讀文件與撰寫簡報
- 優秀的文件撰寫能力，具備邏輯性與系統性思維
- 對角色與職責 (R&R) 定義與權限管理有基本理解
加分條件（Plus）：
- 參與金融業、電商或金流相關系統專案
- 有軟體開發專案的實際管理經驗
