About The Role

We are looking for people who will focus on product testing, and supporting ad hoc tasks related to Company Operations.For Product Testing, you will be involved in hands-on testing of pre-released features and updates made for our PicCollage App and other new products. You will be responsible for product stability and quality assurance, reporting bugs and documenting your observations and suggestions for product improvements.

For Company Operations, you will assist in the daily upkeep and organization of the office, upholding a conducive working environment. Ad-hoc tasks related to office management or event planning should be expected.Come take part in building apps for millions of users and run a fast-moving startup company!

What You'll Do

• Product testing during sprint cycles.
• Joining daily product scrum meetings.
• Supporting office operations, including, but not limited to, managing office supplies, coordinating events, and hosting visitors to the office.

What We’re Looking For

• You are careful, willing to take initiative, and are not afraid to ask questions.
• You are organized, efficient, observant, patient, and committed.
• You have a high level of attention to detail.
• You are good at documenting and communicating your ideas.
• You have basic fluency in English communication.
• You have basic proficiency in conversational Chinese to manage everyday tasks such as ordering food, making inquiries, and contacting stores.

Notes

• The start date will be late April to early May. The actual onboarding date is flexible and will be discussed after the offer is given. 預計入職時間為 4 月底至 5 月初，不過實際報到日期可視情況彈性調整的。
• We prefer testers who can work: 3 days a week for at least 6 months; or 4–5 days a week for at least 3 months. Ideally, we’re looking for people who are available on Thursdays and Fridays. 工作時間每週至少 3 天且為期最少六個月，或每週 4–5天 且為期至少三個月，週四、週五有空者佳。
• Please be noted that this will be an onsite position. 需要到辦公室上班！
• We do NOT provide work permits for this internship position.
• This is a paid internship position.
