About the Role

As a marketing intern, you will grow your professional skills on-the-job while helping users discover the world’s easiest and most creative photo application: PicCollage. You will support the teams delivering marketing campaigns, community engagement, and social media content while partnering with a growing in-house marketing team.

What You'll Do:

• Create and post dynamic social media content helping our app reach new people.
• Learn and iterate fast.
• Stay on top of trends in a competitive marketing landscape.
• Support marketing campaign planning and execution.
• Accurately set up, publish, and measure the success of marketing content.
• Assist in the creation of video and image content for marketing channels.
• Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions.
• Take part in formal and informal training opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Native-level command of the English language.
• A passion for and familiarity with major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Youtube) and US / EU market trends.
• Passion, sensitivity, and curiosity about worldwide market trends & user insights.
• Above-average visual sense and creativity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or currently working towards a bachelor’s degree.

Nice-To-Haves:

• Demonstrated success gaining reach on social media (personal channels or previous brand experience).
• Basic photography or graphic design skills.
• Completion of introductory courses in marketing, business, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related creative field.

Notes:

• We prefer candidates who can commit for at least 5 days per week for 6 months.
• We are open to candidates outside of Taiwan, but it would be highly preferable for the candidate to be in Taiwan the first 1-2 months of the internship.
• This is a paid internship position.

There are three main stages in our interview process:

1. Screen calls (1-2 calls)
2. Take-home quiz & review
3. Onsite interview (3-4 hours visiting)
   

If we see a fit with the company, we will reach out to start getting to know each other. You can expect traditional discussions as well as participating in situational exercises. The goal of the interview process will be for us to see your skills and let you get to know the team and work culture to see if we are a match.
