The Service Operations Data Analyst is responsible for promoting operational efficiency within Taiwan’s Service teams. This position involves analyzing operational data, converting complex datasets into insights to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure decisions are informed by data in support of service standards and organizational growth.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
.Analyze operational data across service teams to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps
.Develop dashboards and reports to support regular reviews, strategic planning, and leadership updates
.Align analytics with field operations and business goals by collaborating with regional management.
.Deliver insights for Cross-BU and Monthly Ops meetings to support strategic initiatives.
.Use Power BI, MS365, and Power Automate to automate workflows and enhance data accuracy
.Identify automation opportunities and standardize reporting processes for continuous improvement.
.Partner with IT and data governance teams to ensure data integrity, security, and alignment with KLA’s global standards.
.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and standardizing reporting processes.
