You'll collaborate with our Facilities Management team to create innovative security strategies, investigate breaches and create risk assessment plans for the future. In this role, you will manage physical security infrastructure, workplace safety, and air logistics for secure worksites. You will build organizational resilience, develop crisis plans, mitigate third-party risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies that address both global and local security risks to protect the organization's assets and personnel.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive management, providing expert guidance on security matters and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including law enforcement.
  • Oversee Global Security and Reslilence Operations (GSRS) such as threats, physical security oversight, incident management, crisis response, crisis management and incident response.
  • Manage the security budget, allocate resources effectively, and oversee relationships with external security vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments as well as Indian regulations and compliance requirements.
