As a Workplace Services Manager, you will design, implement, and manage workplace services, ensuring excellent user experiences. You will constantly seek to improve efficiency and innovate, driven by user satisfaction. You will ensure smooth, efficient operations and user satisfaction. Growing in a fast-paced environment, you will bring enthusiasm, creativity, dedication, and collaboration to create office spaces that foster innovation. You will manage workplace services/facilities operations, collaborating with REWS and cross-functional teams (real estate, security, safety, food) to enhance the Googler environment.
The Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) team creates inspiring spaces and innovative services that bring Google’s culture and values to life. We build and maintain all aspects of what keeps our Googley workspaces operating seamlessly across multiple cities and regions globally. We also manage the industry-leading services that help make Google a great place to work -- from how we design healthy and collaborative workspaces, create energizing food experiences, provide convenient transportation and fitness options, to delivering environments where Google and our employees can thrive.
Google’s mission is to organize the world‘s information and make it universally accessible and useful.
Since our founding in 1998, Google has grown by leaps and bounds. From offering search in a single language we now offer dozens of products and services—including various forms of advertising and web applications for all kinds of tasks—in scores of languages. And starting from two computer science students in a university dorm room, we now have thousands of employees and offices around the world. A lot has changed since the first Google search engine appeared. But some things haven’t changed: our dedication to our users and our belief in the possibilities of the Internet itself.
