Responsibilities
- Translate market trends, competitive insights, and customer feedback into product requirements.
- Refine the product roadmap after fully understanding the problem statements and success metrics, as well as aligning with the business users.
- Formulate new hypotheses and actionable tasks based on the performance analysis.
- Specify the requirements in clear details verbally and in writing to smoothen the development process.
- Assist with the end-to-end of the development cycle from design, testing, and iterations.
- Conduct post-launch analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Identify anomalies, drops, or unexpected trends for next iterations.
- Compare the expected and actual performance to comprehend the root cause of the gap.

Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- 1-3 years experience in software product management.
- Proven track record of successful product decisions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Haves
- Experience or knowledge in crypto or fintech industry.
- Experience or knowledge in reviewing API documents.
- Experience or knowledge in Agile methodology.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with multiple priorities.
