您將負責
- 透過線上文字訊息與電子郵件回覆，協助跨國客戶解決問題
- 處理客戶緊急案例，確保使用體驗與滿意度
- 支援主管交辦事項及例行性服務工作
- 本職務專注於客戶服務，無需推銷，亦無業績壓力
上班時間
- 大夜班：23:30-08:30 休息1.5小時
- 需配合週末與例假日輪班制度

Requirements
需求條件
- 英文讀寫流利(TOEIC 700分以上)，中打速度快，能熟悉簡體字尤佳
- 可接受中英文工作比重約中文70%、英文30%
- 專科或大學以上學歷
- 歡迎無經驗者，公司提供完整培訓；具客服經驗更佳
- 樂於團隊合作，具良好溝通能力、思路清晰
