您將負責
- 以文字方式回覆線上對談或郵件，解決跨國客戶相關問題。
- 協助處理客戶緊急案例，維護客戶使用滿意度。
- 主管交辦事項及客服例行性工作協調管理。
- 協助客戶完成帳戶開立與設定流程
- 主動回報並記錄系統異常，配合技術團隊持續優化平台
- 此職務僅為客戶服務，不需推銷、無業績壓力。
上班時間
- 早班：8:00～17:00 ，休息時間1.5小時
- 需能接受週末與例假日輪班制度

Requirements
需求條件
- 英文讀寫佳(TOEIC 750以上)，中英打速度快，能熟悉簡體字尤佳
- 可接受中英文工作比重約中文70%、英文30%
- 專科或大學以上學歷
- 歡迎無經驗者，公司提供完整培訓；具客服經驗更佳
- 樂於團隊合作，具良好溝通能力、思路清晰
Interview process
- 45-min HR phone screen + possibly 30-min online questionnaire (for Client Support and Communication skills)
- 30-min 1st virtual interview with Client Support Assistant Supervisor and HR
- 45-min final onsite interview with Client Support Manager, Supervisor, and Assistant Supervisor
