您將負責

  • 以文字方式回覆線上對談或郵件,解決跨國客戶相關問題。
  • 協助處理客戶緊急案例,維護客戶使用滿意度。
  • 主管交辦事項及客服例行性工作協調管理。
  • 協助客戶完成帳戶開立與設定流程
  • 主動回報並記錄系統異常,配合技術團隊持續優化平台
  • 此職務僅為客戶服務,不需推銷、無業績壓力。

上班時間

  • 早班:8:00~17:00 ,休息時間1.5小時
  • 需能接受週末與例假日輪班制度

Requirements

需求條件

  • 英文讀寫佳(TOEIC 750以上),中英打速度快,能熟悉簡體字尤佳
  • 可接受中英文工作比重約中文70%、英文30%
  • 專科或大學以上學歷
  • 歡迎無經驗者,公司提供完整培訓;具客服經驗更佳
  • 樂於團隊合作,具良好溝通能力、思路清晰

Interview process

  • 45-min HR phone screen + possibly 30-min online questionnaire (for Client Support and Communication skills)
  • 30-min 1st virtual interview with Client Support Assistant Supervisor and HR
  • 45-min final onsite interview with Client Support Manager, Supervisor, and Assistant Supervisor
