Introduction to the job

Our vision is support factory material on time delivery and management 3 party operation to meet KPI goal.

Role and responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Management 3PL all receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Quality: Management 3PL operation quality meet the criteria and build up the document follow up.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA or local safety standards, conduct regular equipment inspections, and maintain a hazard-free work environment.
• Logistics Coordination: Liaise with transport companies and drivers to schedule inbound/outbound shipments and bridge with material and production planner on time delivery.
• Space Optimization: Design and implement warehouse layouts to maximize storage capacity and streamline picking/packing workflows.

Accept 2nd shift working time (PM1:00~PM 10:00)

Education and experience

• University with major in Industrial Engineering or Management related fields
• 5+ years working experience with hands-on and management 3PL is prefer 

Experience with warehouse operations and logistics is a prefer

Skills

• Good team player able to influence without power
• Cross-functional communication and warehouse management experience
• Courageous to challenge and proactively to give and seek constructive feedback
• project management skills, SAP hands-on experience and systematic thinking
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and quality management or Lean skill is a plus.

Good at excel (ex:VBA) tool for data analysis
