About the Role
We are seeking an innovative and detail-driven Quality Assurance Engineer to champion the delivery of flawless mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms. In this role, you’ll lead our manual testing efforts, ensuring every test case is meticulously crafted, maintained, and executed to uphold exceptional product quality and user experiences. As a key collaborator with product managers, engineers, and designers, you will play a vital role in shaping our testing strategies and driving continuous improvement. With an eye toward the future, you’ll also spearhead the transition from manual testing to automation, laying the foundation for scalable and efficient QA processes. What You'll Do
- Create, execute, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases for core AIFIAN app.
- Perform manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing on Android and iOS applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to understand project requirements.
- Continually improve testing processes, documentation, and standards.
- Ensure all reported bugs are well-documented with clear reproduction steps.
- Develop strategies for transitioning to automated testing in the future.

What We Look For
- 3+ years of experience in mobile QA testing.
- Experience with both iOS and Android platforms.
- Familiarity with mobile app development processes and lifecycle.
- Ability to clearly document and present test results and recommendations.
- Understanding of test automation principles and popular mobile automation tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
