About the Role

You’ll own our visual identity end-to-end—auditing every touch-point, shipping an upgraded brand system, and ensuring it scales across regions, languages, and channels. Partnering directly with the CEO, you’ll drive big ideas from concept to launch, then dive into the tools when speed matters. Your work will reach hundreds of thousands of users, shape future product launches, appear in high-profile events, and inspire a growing creative team.

What You’ll Do

  • Audit current touch-points and ship updated guidelines, templates, and scalable processes.
  • Maintain and evolve a global-ready brand system that aligns with business goals and delivers instant recognition.
  • Conceptualize and execute campaigns and event visuals that fuel user growth and buzz.
  • Jump hands-on into Figma and Adobe when deadlines are tight without compromising craft.
  • Collaborate with designers, product, marketing, and external partners to keep every asset on-brand and on-strategy.
  • Mentor a visual designer and an animator, raising the creative bar with clear, actionable feedback.
  • Present design concepts to leadership, tying every decision to clear business rationale.
  • Track brand consistency and user perception, proactively bringing fresh ideas to strengthen impact.
  • Stay current on design trends, tech, and best practices to keep our visual presence ahead of the curve.

职务需求

What We Look For

  • 5+ years creating and evolving in-house brand systems with measurable impact.
  • Portfolio that proves you were the primary driver on identity work and launch-ready campaigns.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, including components, variables, and system thinking.
  • Bonus supporting skills: motion design, 3D, illustration, photography, copywriting.
  • Confident communicator who can defend design decisions with solid principles and market insight.
  • Proven collaborator with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver deliver consistent, growth-oriented brand execution.
  • Ownership mindset—comfortable moving from big-picture strategy to pixel-level polish in a fast-moving startup.
