TỔNG QUAN:
Thực tập sinh tuyển dụng thuộc bộ phận Hành chính nhân sự có nhiệm vụ hỗ trợ các hoạt động tuyển dụng nhân viên mới và hỗ trợ sắp xếp hồ sơ giấy tờ.
Mô tả công việc
- Hỗ trợ team Tuyển dụng trong việc: tạo nguồn & đăng tin tuyển dụng, gọi điện thoại, sắp xếp lịch phỏng vấn và thực hiện phỏng vấn ứng viên;
- Theo dõi và cập nhật số liệu tuyển dụng, đào tạo theo tuần;
- Viết bài hoặc hỗ trợ viết nội dung content trên mạng xã hội;
- Hỗ trợ xây dựng và phát triển kênh Social thuộc phạm vi tuyển dụng;
- Một số nhiệm vụ khác theo sự sắp xếp của người hướng dẫn trực tiếp.
Ca làm việc
Ca sáng: 09h00 đến 12h
Ca chiều: 13h đến 17h00
Ưu tiên ứng viên có thể làm trên 5 ca mỗi tuần.
Quyền lợi
- Trợ cấp thực tập từ 3,000,000-5,000,000/tháng
- Con dấu công ty xác nhận thực tập

- Sinh viên năm 3, năm 4
- Biết sử dụng bộ G-Suite, Canva, Capcut
- Nhanh nhẹn, giọng nói dễ nghe, ham học hỏi, mạnh dạn
