As a Quality Assurance Engineer (Customer) in our team, you will: • Plan and implement the Abnormal Handling (ABS/PAR/IEAR/BPD) system, assisting the FAB reviewing process abnormalities establishing an early warning notification system, with the aim of reducing quality loss and cost for the company and customers, and supervising the effectiveness of system execution. • Plan and implement the MRB (Material Review Board), assisting the FAB reviewing waived products resulting from process abnormalities, in order to reduce quality loss and cost for the company and customers, and supervising the effectiveness of the system. • Plan and implement internal audits, assisting the FAB in identifying processes and systems with quality risks, and supervising the effectiveness of improvements to risk processes. Plan and implement the MSA (Measurement System Analysis) system, assisting the FAB in performing calibration and capability assessment of measuring instruments to ensure the reliability of measurement values and thus ensure product quality. • Implement the automotive service package, assisting the FAB in planning executable methods and systems, and auditing and supervising the execution process for automotive products.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer (Customer) in our team, you will: •Plan and execute SPC management with statistical method/tools •Manage process stability and capability index and drive Fab improvements •Production line big data analysis to pre-alert potential risk •Take a leading role or actively participate in projects aimed at continuous improvement of the quality system and/or optimization of daily tasks •Perform other assignments as directed by the manager, such as cross-site activities, coaching junior team members, etc

1.RF/mm-wave Device Characterization; Measurement, Data Analysis and Reporting. 2.Device pcell design, test structure creation and tape out. 3.Work with modeling PDK team for design enablement, model validation and pcell improvement. 4.Liaise with vendor, assist lab manager for measurement tool set up, calibration, maintain good measurement quality.

1.To be responsible for driving a leading edge process/device development and optimization of RFSOI devices in order to meet scaling, performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements. 2.To conduct device pcell design, test structure creation and tape out. 3.To perform extensive process and device TCAD simulation using various techniques to optimize device performance and ensuring reliability. 4.To perform device characterization and analysis with the aid of DC-IV bench test. 5.To work with modeling PDK team for design enablement, model validation and pcell improvement.

●擴散設備助理工程師 1.協助處理工程方面相關責任較輕事務 2.統計彙整製程及設備相關生產指標 3.負責機台簡易異常排除及調機 4.協助工程師進行產品及製程異常時的處置 5.協助建立機台端 Recipe 及 RCMS 6.協助工程師參與工程改良改善之運作 ●薄膜設備助理工程師 1.執行並達成薄膜製程生產設備之所定標準，以滿足機台妥善率 2.維持生產設備相關保養妥善率 3.持續維持/提昇機台穩定度 4.維持機台安全運轉以符合工安零事故的要求，確保人員財產之安全 5.設備人員技術提昇 ●蝕刻設備助理工程師 1.協助工程師作資料整理分析及產品/機台異常處理 2.協助彙整製程及設備相關報表及分析(Hold lot, Line yield, SPC Routine Monitor) 3.協助建立MIRS RCMS 處理 4.協助工程實驗及異常產品/機台品質追蹤 5.協助產品/機台異常處理 6.行政事項、會議安排 7.教育訓練資料及部門相關文件整理 8.提醒稽催工程師工作進度

1. 依照標準作業程序(SOP)執行機台保養、零件組裝與校正/維修。2. 依照標準作業程序(SOP)排除機況及處理相關異常。3. 蒐集設備機台相關參數提供予工程師分析。4. 依公司需求配合輪值班，實際安排將依工作需求及培訓進度調整。
