We are currently looking for Commercial/Tender Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a business-savvy individual with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, especially when working with technical teams.
As a Commercial/Tender Manager, you will play a crucial role in securing future contracts for offshore cable supplies to wind farms. The offshore wind industry is fast-paced and requires flexibility, creativity, and a solution-driven approach. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow professionally and make a meaningful impact in a rapidly expanding organization.
【Key Responsibilities】
1. Tender/ Contract Management
Support the tender process from end to end, ensuring timely submission of high-quality, client-centric proposals, including:
•Prepare material for client engagements
•Schedule, coordinate and attend meetings with potential clients
•Respond to Invitation to Tenders from clients
•Drive the clarification list in every tender iteration/submission rounds
•Organize and coordinate the internal project team to develop and prepare a holistic technical and commercial solution customized to the client’s needs
•Ensure a robust and reliable cost build up and pricing methodology
•Review and negotiate the contractual terms and conditions
•Prepare the full tender submission including all required documentation
2. Project Management
Organize and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Cable Design/Engineering, Production, Finance and Legal to develop the most optimal technical and commercial solution for the client .
Timely reporting to Sr. management and Support the internal approval process for contract approval
3.Relationship Management
Create and maintain relationships with Clients and serve as the singular point of contact for all matters and resolve any issues to ensure high client satisfaction.
4.Risk Management
Identify risks and opportunities, ensuring risks are managed and mitigated while optimizing levers and opportunities efficiently.
5.Market Intelligence
Understand the offshore wind industry market players, monitor developers, competitors, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders, and analyze the impact of energy policies and regulations
6.Internal Tools Development
Support the development of our internal processes, tools, templates and standards to boost efficiency and incorporate industry best practices.
7. Document Management
Organize and maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to tendering and contract management
