职缺描述
1-Identify suitable suppliers for additional scope needed
2-Prepare scope descriptions as well as project-specific, technical requirements for these contractors
3-Contact suppliers and organize/manage budgetary proposals
4-Identify risks regarding the proposed technical solution and formulate deviations and reservations towards our clients covering these risks
5-Create project-specific documentation for our proposals towards our clients

- 英文 -- 聽 /精通、說 /精通、讀 /精通、寫 /精通
其他條件：
• at least 5 years of experience with creation of technical requirement documents and procurement of subcontractor services
• experience in submarine or complex onshore cable projects
• preferably knowledge about CPS, fatigue studies and/or cable termination and testing
• sufficient English skills for supplier engagement and contract negotiation
