求人内容
1.負責建立、維護與持續改善公司品質管理系統（QMS），確保符合ISO 9001標準要求。
2.主導內部稽核、管理審查及外部認證機構的稽核準備工作。
3.協助各部門制定與優化作業流程、標準文件及品質紀錄。
4.分析與品質相關的數據，提出改善方案，並追蹤執行成效。
5.提供ISO 9001及相關品質管理訓練，提升全員品質意識。
6.跨部門協調，確保QMS與公司營運目標緊密結合。

其他條件
1. 5年以上ISO 9001系統建置、維護或稽核經驗，具內稽員或主導稽核員資格者優先。
2.優秀的溝通協調能力，能獨立作業並與團隊協作。
3.良好的英文讀寫能力（需處理英文標準文件及報告）。
