項目經理-儲備營運經理

- 項目管理：領導和管理關鍵項目，確保按時交付、符合預算並與公司目標一致。
- 跨部門協作：與市場營運、廣告投放和產品開發等部門密切合作，優化流程並推動項目成功。
- 流程優化：識別工作流程中的低效環節並實施改進措施，提升團隊生產力和項目成果。
- 績效追蹤：監控項目關鍵績效指標（KPIs），向高級管理層報告進度，確保高質量達成目標。
- 領導力發展：培養戰略和運營領導技能，為未來COO角色做準備。
- 運營參與：在12-24個月後逐步承擔與組織運營相關的職責，例如資源分配、流程擴展和團隊管理。

Qualification
- 商業、管理或相關領域的學士學位；碩士學位或MBA為加分項。
- 3-5年項目管理經驗，具備成功交付複雜項目的專案經驗。
- 出色的組織能力、問題解決能力和溝通技巧。
- 具備領導潛力，主動積極並渴望承擔更多責任。
- 精通[中文/英文或其他相關語言]，以支持跨部門和客戶溝通，優先考慮。
- 此職位將安排於台北/桃園辦公室，合作初期非遠端工作職，後續可規劃部分遠端。
- 薪資可議。

- Project Management: Lead and manage key projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with company objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as marketing, sales, and product development to streamline processes and drive project success.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement improvements to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor project KPIs, report progress to senior management, and ensure goals are met with high quality.
- Leadership Development: Participate in mentorship and training programs to build strategic and operational leadership skills, preparing for a future COO role.
- Operational Involvement: Gradually take on responsibilities related to organizational operations, such as resource allocation, process scaling, and team management, starting after 12–24 months.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects successfully.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Leadership potential with a proactive mindset and eagerness to take on increasing responsibilities.
- Fluency in [Chinese/English or other relevant languages] is preferred to support cross-functional and client communications.
- Ability to work full-time in our Taipei or Taoyuan office (this is not a remote position).
