1. Identify product application and customers' needs2. Prepare technique potential analysis and identify gaps from competitive product analysis3. Collaborate in creating plans to support the achievement of technique ability growth targets4. Work with Marketing for product developing strategy, promotion and project design-in5. Work and align with Marketing and RD for product spec definition and feasibility estimation6. Write Application/Technique note7. Support the preparation and execution of training and campaigns

1. Responsible for providing technical support to customers and assisting the sales team in promoting Power IC products. 2. Understanding customer requirements and designing-in power IC solutions. 3. Conducting technical training for customers and distributors. 4. Collaborating with TME and the sales team for collecting market information and contributing to the technical strategy. 5. The role may involve leading projects and mentoring junior FAEs

1.具ISO 9001/14001/IATF16949及VDA6.3品質系統執行經驗及管理維護，協助產出相關文件。2.負責品質系統內外部稽核、客戶稽核缺失回覆與跟催。3.進行內部各部門和客戶、外部供應商等溝通。確保品質管理的有效實施和持續改進。4.品質專案規劃與執行。5.儀器內、外校驗管理、安排及彙整。

1. Responsible for developing the Power IC module product lines. 2. Lead the project and inspire the team. 3. Demonstrate ambition in driving the product from specification, design, engineering, validation, debugging to mass production. 4. Familiar with the architecture of buck converter / driver / amplifier, working principle of the power MOS device.

1. Responsible for Power sub-blocks or whole chip layout2. Familiar with analog matching techniques, such as commom centriod , input pair matching...3. Well knowledge of HV/LV PowerMos or devices handling4.Whole chip integration experience will be a plus

1. 進行流力、熱流、熱傳的建模分析，或結構應力、應變、疲勞的建模分析2. 電性模擬、量測、優化及相關需求對應3. 熟悉模擬軟體Flotherm/ ANSYS4. 產品前期模擬評估

Expertise in any of the following areas: High CMRR low offset amplifier/High voltage amplifier /High precision ADC(DSM or SAR)/ Low Temperature Drift Bandgap4. Co-work with testing engineer to achieve the mass production

1. 熟程式語言開發2. 諳相關測試機台操作3. 熟悉新產品開發與量產導入流程4. 具測試機ASL1000、Acco、Eagle等程式開發經驗尤佳5. 具IC Design House、測試廠經驗尤佳
