【你將在此實習旅程中學到】 －理解零件機構圖(2D/3D)設計重點與工程思維。 －建立工程問題分析邏輯與解決能力。 －熟悉工程文件撰寫與技術表達方式。 －了解機構測試流程與驗證方法。 －認識產品發包與研發作業流程。 －培養跨部門與對外部溝通能力，強化邏輯思維與職場協作力。 【學習收穫與未來發展】 1.完整參與產品開發實務流程 2.提供實習證明與成果回饋 3.表現優異者畢業後優先轉任正職工程師【工作內容】1.負責機構研發相關工作(如Solidworks、AutoCAD繪圖)。 2.協助零件圖發包製作與跟催。 3.協助部門測試樣品及問題分析、改善報告。 【實習期間條件】 ＊對象：自即日起2026/6 大三以上或碩士的在校生(身份不符不另作通知) ＊實習期間-暑期、一學期或一學年，每周可上班3~5天，每周24~40小時(可配合學校實習學分制度) ＊待遇：依據可配合之實習時數160小時/月以上（含）者，採月薪制；未達160小時/月者，採日薪制。
