You will join the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) team and work closely with country HRBPs to support people-related initiatives across the organization. This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee engagement, and learning activities in a dynamic business environment.Working Days: 3-4 days per weekContract Period: 6-12 monthsWhat you will do:•Culture Employee Engagement:Support the planning and execution of employee engagement, culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and activities to enhance employee experience and wellbeing.•Learning Development:Assist in coordinating learning and development programs, including training logistics, scheduling, vendor coordination, and follow-up activities.Support tracking and reporting of the annual training budget under HRBP guidance.•HR Project Support:Provide support for HR projects by assisting with planning, coordination, and execution of ad-hoc and ongoing HR initiatives.•HR Data Administrative Support:Assist with HR data management, reporting, and documentation to ensure data accuracy.Support HR administrative tasks such as meeting and training scheduling, team activity coordination, and expense processing.What you will learn:•How an HR Business Partner team works closely with the business to support organizational goals•Practical experience in employee engagement, culture, and wellbeing initiatives, including planning and execution•Hands-on exposure to learning and development operations, from training coordination to budget tracking•How HR projects are planned, coordinated, and delivered in a global organization•Professional communication and stakeholder coordination skills through collaboration with HRBPs and internal teams
