1. Conduct B2B client acquisition (manufacturers, distributors, large-scale e-commerce businesses, and wholesalers). 2. Perform canvassing, presentations, and negotiations for cargo shipping services (FCL, LCL, Truck Load, and special services). 3. Prepare and submit contract price quotations based on client needs and cost structure. 4. Responsible for achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets (tonnage/CBM and revenue). 5. Develop sales pipelines and work plans regularly, and conducting follow-ups through to deal closing. 6. Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and ensuring service satisfaction. 7. Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, and Transportation teams to ensure services meet SLA standards. 8. Update prospect data and sales activity reports in the CRM system
