The Sales and Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of sales and marketing activities, including purchase order management, trade incentive and promotion planning and analysis, negotiation with marketing and trade marketing agents, importation management, and VAT petty cash management. This role is crucial in driving the company's sales growth and ensuring effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Purchase Order (PO) Management and Sales Oversight:Manage the process of taking purchase orders (POs) and ensure efficient sales management.Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for growth.Trade Incentive and Promotion Plans Analysis:Develop trade incentive programs and promotional plans to boost sales and market presence.Analyze the effectiveness of trade incentives and promotions, adjusting strategies as needed based on performance metrics.Marketing / Trade Marketing Agents Negotiation:Negotiate contracts and agreements with marketing and trade marketing agents.Collaborate with agents to develop marketing strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.Importation Management:Oversee importation processes, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and timely clearance of goods.Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to optimize import operations.VAT Petty Cash Management:Manage VAT filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations.Supervise petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
