負責微光偏鄉接送服務的車輛與駕駛營運管理,確保長者每天都能安全、準時出門,是連結車輛、駕駛、在地組織與協會的關鍵角色。工作說明如下:【一】車輛營運與管理1.管理全台偏鄉服務車輛之巡檢、保養排程與維修協調2.建立車輛保養履歷與維修紀錄,確保風險可控3.辦理車輛保險、費用核銷與相關行政流程4.協調捐贈車輛或租賃車輛檢測與車廠溝通5.安排車輛定位系統與設備管理6.協助處理駕駛申訴或交通爭議相關事宜【二】駕駛管理與服務調度1.招募與培訓偏鄉駕駛2.管理出缺勤、服務紀錄與統計回報3.安排代班與趟次調度4.規劃接送路線並進行風險評估5.實地踏查優化路線與服務安排【三】專案與跨單位合作1.借用單位協調車輛使用2.合作意向書簽訂與借用單位開發3.蒐集與整理服務紀錄與成果【四】安全與教育訓練1.辦理駕駛安全教育訓練2.新進駕駛培訓與試跑指導3.建立並優化駕駛SOP【五】偏鄉協力與組織培力1.協助在地建立車輛與駕駛管理制度並培訓在地組織2.安排駕駛災害期間協助撤離與物資接送協作
