Responsible for receiving user's consultation and answering user's doubts through online customer service tools; Feedback the problems existing in the use process of users in a timely manner, and do a good job in collecting and sorting out problems; Strong business sensitivity, able to master basic business after receiving training. Financial related knowledge and experience is preferred; Think about daily work, be good at discovering obstacles in user experience, mining user requests, and promoting problem solving and process optimization; Able to work in shifts./Able to work long night shifts (3 shifts per day: 9:00-18:00, 15:00-00:00, 00:00-9:00) - 5 working days/week.
