As FANKLUB continues to expand its subscription-based brand partnership model, we are looking for a Brand Operations Subscription Solutions Specialist to support brand partners in designing, executing, and optimizing subscription-driven operations on the platform.
In this role, you will translate brand marketing and operational needs into sustainable membership experiences that fans can engage with over the long term.
Responsibilities:
Brand Subscription Operations and Project Execution (50%)
Support the development of subscription operating procedures for brands on FANKLUBAssist brands in planning member content, engagement mechanics, and execution rhythmsRegularly track brand performance, compiling execution records and data-driven insightsServe as the primary operations point of contact between brand partners and internal teams
Content and Asset Production and Publishing (30%)
Support the planning of brand content assets, including promotional, campaign, and member-exclusive contentManage backend content publishing and workflow coordinationProvide administrative and on-site support for brand marketing initiatives and offline events
Contract and Administrative Coordination (20%)
Support the tracking of brand partnership contracts and related documentationCoordinate administrative workflows with internal legal, finance, and business teamsBuild and maintain documentation for brand partnerships and subscription projects
