Job SummaryOversee production operations to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency while managing resources, resolving issues, and meeting production schedules.Job Responsibilities1. Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.2 Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training to the supervisor and worker.3. Ensure all product and mould requirements are taken into account from the initial product mock to the mass production.4. Ensure all the production schedule is meet up and reporting any manufacturing reject/Quality control to the Superior.5. Plan all the resources related to the production line i.e machinery , mould , workers, transportation frame etc.6. To monitor initial casting preparation by Pre pour checklist initiate by Supervisor.7. To ensure all the system in place and execute by the schedule.8. To monitor stock level of product and raw material and put requisation in advance.9. Perform other duties assigned by management/plant manager/production manager.

Job SummaryResponsible for performing installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and machinery to ensure smooth and reliable plant operations. The Mechanical Fitter supports preventive and corrective maintenance activities, troubleshoots mechanical failures, and ensures equipment is operating safely and efficiently.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform installation, alignment, and fitting of mechanical equipment and machinery.Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, valves, and hydraulic systems.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults to minimize equipment downtime.Dismantle, repair, and reassemble mechanical components and equipment.Conduct routine inspection and servicing of machinery and mechanical systems.Support plant shutdown maintenance and equipment overhaul activities.Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and safety procedures during maintenance work.Assist engineers and supervisors in maintenance and improvement projects.Maintain maintenance records and report equipment issues to the supervisor.
