Introduction to the jobYou will lead multiple PGP projects with a tactical and strategical impact, typically with a scope that spans across Tainan factory or sectors within ASML and in accordance to agreed triple constraints, and with a scope that has a focus on but is not limited to manufacturing. You must be able to bring together stakeholders at different levels in the organization and quickly earn the support of manufacturing on a diverse range of topics. You are a self-starter who quickly understands the product strategy and the needs of industrialization, with the insight, you and the team can come up with strategies that support the success of product while considering the balance of time-to-market and industrialization.Role and responsibilities1. Program Leadership ExecutionManage adherence to Product Generation Process through product life cycle.Oversee several product development progress, identify and manage critical path from manufacturing to support the success of products.Understand the business strategies and able to convert into plans and execution.Able to challenge the status quo under complex and ambiguous situations.2. Cross-functional CoordinationCoordinate NPI readiness activities including 6p (product, production tool, procedure, plant, people, and parts) to secure smooth introduction.Lead engineering, work centers, production planning teams in manufacturing sector to identify risks during proto build and prevent interruption during pilot and HVM phases.3. Program Governance ReportingMaintain accurate program dashboards including schedule, performance, open issues, risk matrix, and recovery plans.Provide timely updates to site and global stakeholders; drive data‑based decision‑making.Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements across all NPI deliverables.5. People LeadershipLead and coach a team of NPI Project managers / Project leaders.Develop team capability in project management discipline, technical understanding, strategic thinking, communication, and structured problem‑solving.Foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and cross‑site knowledge sharing.Education and experienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, industrial/Manufacturing Management, or related discipline.10+ years of experience in new product introduction, manufacturing engineering, or product industrialization.Proven track record leading cross‑functional project teams in high‑tech manufacturing environments.SkillsStrong understanding of proto build cycles, manufacturing readiness, process validation, and yield improvement.Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Ability to drive clarity in ambiguity, make data‑based decisions, and lead under pressure.Strong team leadership, coaching capability, and cross‑cultural communication skills.Why This Role MattersThe TNF Program Group Leader is essential in transforming innovative product designs into manufacturable, high‑quality, and stable factory output—directly influencing customer satisfaction, ramp success, and ASML’s ability to meet market demand.This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
