Adhering to safety standards is crucial in all tasks to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment. Workers must proactively identify potential hazards and report them to the supervisor. Additionally, they must cooperate with work scheduling to ensure the smooth operation of the production process.DIMENSIONS這個職位將位於台灣高雄,負責每個工作站分配的生產線任務。工作時間為每天8小時,每週5天,單班制。須配合訂單及生產狀況加班。工作會輪調,並視情況支援其他組別。PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES該職位負責以下工作This position is accountable for the following end results:1. 透過實施有效的電子安全活動結構(ELSAS),實現安全、健康和環境目標,例如可記錄的傷害率Achieve safety, health, and environmental targets, such as the Recordable Injury Rate, by deploying an effective Electronics Safety Activity Structure (ELSAS).2. 收貨系統入帳:工作範圍,將倉庫所接收之物料,核對報單出貨明細,以確保數量及物料的準確性,然後再進行分裝整理與標籤黏貼,完成後進行系統入帳,並將物料上架或送往檢驗。Receiving System Entry: The scope of work involves verifying the quantities and accuracy of materials received by the warehouse against the delivery orders and shipping details. After verification, the materials will be sorted, organized, and labeled. Once completed, they will be entered into the system and either shelved or sent for inspection.3. 存儲整理:人員負責針對入庫完成與檢驗完成之物料,根據品項分類進行除未設置與貨物上架,依照日期遵行先進先出的規範,確保所有物料皆有按照新舊排列存放使用。Storage Organization: Personnel are responsible for classifying and shelving materials that have completed receiving and inspection according to item categories. They will follow the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle based on dates to ensure that all materials are stored and used in an orderly manner according to their age.4. 盤點:人員按規範進行每兩個月一次的海關抽盤與一年一次的年度盤點進行庫存物料的清點整理,確保帳料相符,及時發現並解決差異。Inventory Count: Personnel will conduct a customs inventory check every two months and an annual inventory count once a year to verify and organize inventory materials. This ensures that the records match the actual stock and allows for timely identification and resolution of discrepancies.5. 包裝出貨:物料管理人員按照Planner/CSO/業務單位所發之信件,進行成品與原料的包裝排程與出貨,確保每票皆在指定時間內包裝完成。Packaging Shipping: Materials Control Clerk will schedule and package finished products and raw materials according to the instructions received from the Planner/CSO/Business Unit, ensuring that each shipment is packaged and completed within the specified time.6. 撿料投產:按照工單排程所產之撿料單與標籤進行需求撿料及標示,物料分別按照萬級潔淨室與百級潔淨室分開撿取。每日將完成撿取之工單分級別投入產線,並進行系統過帳與群組回報。Material Picking Pull material: Based on the picking list and labels generated from the work order schedule, personnel will pick and label materials as required. Materials will be picked separately for Class 100,000 clean rooms and Class 10,000 clean rooms. Each day, completed picking work orders will be classified and sent to the production line, followed by system posting and group reporting.7. 紀錄報告: 物料管理人員對於料件入庫與出庫的紀錄維護,即時更新庫存管理系統,並向管理層報告庫存狀況和問題。Recording Reporting: Materials Control Clerk will maintain records of material receipts and shipments, promptly updating the inventory management system. They will also report inventory status and issues to management.8. 堆高機駕駛: 物料管理人員駕駛堆高機需具有合法證照(有準時復訓),並嚴格按照廠區規範進行行駛(限速10 、操作前須確認周圍無阻礙人或物、作業場地高度等),以確保駕駛人員與警示作業人員的安全。Forklift Operation: Materials Control Clerk operating forklifts must possess a valid license (with timely recertification) and strictly adhere to the site regulations during operation (speed limit of 10, confirming that the surrounding area is free of obstacles or personnel, and considering the height of the work area, etc.) to ensure the safety of the operator and the personnel working in the area.9. 環境維護:保持作業區域於工作完成後的6S整理以及設備的每日使用前點檢,確保設備使用安全。Environmental Maintenance: Maintain the work area through 6S organization after completing tasks, and conduct daily pre-use inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation.
