Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:* Communicates and facilitates processes and procedures related to payroll operations.* Communicates program changes to management team and to employees.* Assists employees with questions or problems related to payroll processes.* Partners with managers and Service Center personnel to resolve problems related to employee benefits, payroll, staffing, disability, workers compensation, awards, immigration processing, etc.* Supports activities regarding legal and regulatory impact of program changes.* Generates reports as requested.* Gathers information as requested. (e.g., PDP ratings, merit increases).
