Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:* Communicates and facilitates processes and procedures related to payroll operations.* Communicates program changes to management team and to employees.* Assists employees with questions or problems related to payroll processes.* Partners with managers and Service Center personnel to resolve problems related to employee benefits, payroll, staffing, disability, workers compensation, awards, immigration processing, etc.* Supports activities regarding legal and regulatory impact of program changes.* Generates reports as requested.* Gathers information as requested. (e.g., PDP ratings, merit increases).

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:* Manage employees all time and attendance related data entries example shift change, OT requests* Generate daily, weekly, monthly, adhoc time attendnace reports* Termination payroll and month end payroll process* Support employees queries and resolve cases raised in ServiceNow* Perform system testing for system config change, upgrade or legal change* Perform and handling for Thailand payroll* Knowledge in Payroll will be an added advantage

Incumbents are fully qualified to execute job/role accountabilities working independently on most aspects of the job. Work is performed within established professional standards and practices. Tasks are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required to complete recurring assignments independently and to determine the best methods to follow to complete assignments. Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results may have a negative impact on the divisions/departments operations, schedules, and/or performance goals.Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:* Handling of employees' master data and time management for Japan* To ensure of Employees' Personnel Master and Time related data are updated accurately for payroll processing* To generate and process weekly, monthly, ad-hoc Employees Master data and Time management related reports* To assist department coordinator/recruiter/Site HR with day to day Employees Master data Time management related responsibility* To ensure filing system accurately for audit compliance* Perform system testing for system configuration change, upgrade or legal change
