About the Role We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Executive (Generalist) to support our team across Human Resources, Business Operations. This is a junior role suited for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and is eager to grow across both business and product. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordinationSupport employee onboarding and offboarding processesMaintain HR documentation, policies, and internal recordsContribute to team wellness and internal HR initiatives Operations Coordinate internal processes, task tracking, and team coordinationSupport vendor relationships and cross-functional communicationsHelp document and maintain SOPs and workflowsMonitor project deadlines and assist with schedulingKeep up with any internal data tracking and analytics Product Operational Support Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand feature rolloutsPerform manual testing of web or mobile applications based on test casesReport bugs, inconsistencies, or UI/UX issues in a structured wayAssist in maintaining QA documentation and feedback logs
