- Organize general & leadership trainings and events covering all admin preparation: scheduling, communication, participant management and all necessary logistics based on training calendar.
- Overall factory induction administration ensuring organized, updated tracking and reporting.
- Manage timely and accurately training data records on system (Event/Session creation, training assignments, training record of training participants completion, course evaluation).
- Develop, maintain and consolidate internal training reports (i.e. nomination, budget actualization) by using PowerBI
- Prepare communication for training and/ or self-learning activities
- Manage and prepare PR/PO and charge back process for general and leadership training.
- Be the primary contact point for Nestlé learning system for training-related inquiries.
- Other admin tasks assigned.
