Internal Audit (Senior position and Assistant Manager position available)Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (Accessible by LRT Kerinchi)Tranglo is regulated under the regulators in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and the United Kingdom. The holding company’s audit team supports the audit for the group and we are looking for a dedicated, passionate and highly driven individual to join our team as an Internal Audit Senior Executive to focus on the following:Roles and Responsibilities:Assist audit activities in prepare audit schedule, audit program and arrange for meetings with auditees.Perform audit review according to annual audit plan for head office operations and overseas entities.Examine and evaluate the adequacy, efficiency and effectiveness of the internal controls, riskmanagement practices, governance processes and compliance with payment services regulations,internal policies and SOPs and other relevant statutory regulations.Raise the audit findings in each audit assignments with practical recommendationsAssist to prepare draft audit report for audit performed.Perform follow up on implementation of Management’s corrective actions for audit findings.Ensure detailed and effective documentation of working papers for record and review.Perform other duties when requested by the Management.

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:* Manages financial and accounting staff within the department.* Staffs the department, assigns work, reviews performance and addresses performance issues.* Provides leadership, coaching, and development.* Promotes and maintains a productive work environment.* Develops policies, procedures and business controls to provide work direction.* Manages the audit, compliance and external reporting processes.* Acts as a liaison to federal, state, insurance, banking and other external auditors.* Develops and implements business controls and procedures to minimize or comply with audit recommendations.* Provides information to consultants responsible for external financial reporting.* Provides guidance to management on accounting policies and procedures.* Ensures compliance with corporate policies and objectives.* Manages payroll processing for a site or sites.* Ensures accurate and timely paychecks.* Works with the Human Resources department and other to continually develop and improve the process.* Manages special projects and/or external relationships (e.g., travel agency, risk management, etc.).

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:* Responsible for monthly/Quarterly/annual budgeting, forecasting* Responsible for site/customer level financial management, bridging and deep dive analysis* Ownership for Customer PL's and financial profitability therein. Responsible for Leading monthly site/customer level PL reviews with business and operation team and providing strategic and tactical direction guidance* Be as finance business partner with business/operation to drive cost productivity improvement and profitable growth* Responsible for cost productivity projects reviews and saving validation, providing direction to the operations teams on what projects to focus on, project identification* Quotation and repricing reviews, financial modeling and scenarios simulation* Responsible for managing timely efficient month/quarter/year end closing, costing and reporting, driving process improvements.* Responsible for critical accounting process, inventory management, costing, IFRS 15 revenue recognition, Warranty and other accounting standards.* Perform monthly critical balance sheet reconciliation and reviews* Weekly cost tracking and management* Proactively coordinate with corporate and region FPA to ensure data transparency.* Ownership for innovation, thinking out of box and driving f or process simplification and automation* Provides leadership, coaching, and development to team members.* Other Adhoc projects assignments
