薪資：最低 $85,000/月，將視經驗往上核薪【Role Positioning for Global Young Talent】This role is designed for early-career professionals who already have a solid technical foundation and are ready to take on greater ownership, system-level thinking, and global exposure in the power electronics products.【Our Team】Center of Core Competence (CCC) is a LITEON department for developing key technologies for future products. Especially we focus on the development of advanced technologies that were previously unavailable and serves as the company's technology leader, focusing on advanced hardware development and interdisciplinary technology integration.By combining cyber‑physical integration and AI technologies, we drive innovative applications in power products and reinforce the company’s leadership in the power electronics domain.

【Role Positioning for Global Young Talent】
This role is designed for early-career professionals who already have a solid technical foundation and are ready to take on greater ownership, system-level thinking, and global exposure in server power product development.
我們的產品主要是: 伺服器線束、電源線、信號線、高速網路線等。主要工作內容在於:懂技術跟客戶談規格、到工廠端進行產品驗證，確保試產品質及量產順利。此職務不需要開發、設計產品,繪圖能力是次要且為加分條件。
※ 具備管理經驗者可往經理職位去談。工作內容:1. 產品規格討論與確認。
2. 產品設計驗證與試產。
3. 樣品驗證與量產移轉(PPAP文件審查)。
4. 量產異常分析與問題排除。
5. 專案進度追蹤。
此職位為新部門擴編需求, 需求約5位(資深產品工程師~產品經理等級), 將依照年資與工作能力議薪。
1. 能看得懂專業產品繪製圖面。
2. 至客戶端進行產品規格討論與確認。
3. 樣品驗證與量產移轉(PPAP文件審查)。
4. 至工廠端進行產品驗證與試產。
5. 量產異常分析與問題排除。
6. 專案進度追蹤。
