Walsin Energy Cable System (WECS) is Taiwan's first domestic offshore/submarine cable manufacturer, born from a strategic collaboration between Walsin Lihwa and NKT Cables AB, a subsidiary of NKT A/S—one of the world’s leading cable producers. As a key player in Taiwan’s energy transition, WECS is on a rapid growth trajectory, committed to driving the nation's 2050 Net-Zero goals and pioneering the local offshore cable manufacturing industry. We are currently looking for PM who with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, especially when working with technical teams. 【Key Responsibilities】 This PM shall organize and manage pre-qualification and/or type tests. Above responsibilities include the following details. • Create Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) for PQ and TT. • Create budget for PQ and TT and request approval from head of development department. • Create and update time schedules for the PQ and TT. • Create any other required PQ and TT documentation. • Create status reporting documents for WECS internal purposes including budget reports. • Align test cable sample design with design department and production team. • Reserve necessary test laboratories (internal and/or external). • Coordinate testing with internal or external test laboratories where necessary. • Order accessories to be included in the test loop. • Coordinate installation of cables for test loop. • Organize jointers to install accessories in test loop. • Organize witnessing of tests by independent third party and follow up on test reporting by third party. • Coordinate witnessing by clients in case of project specific testing by alignment with relevant project team.

1. 開發商( 案場 )各項技術文件研讀及技術澄清。2. 研讀熟悉CIGRE、IEC電纜相關規範。3. 電纜相關材料標準制定。4. 海纜各項ACCESSORIES選用。5. 電纜設計標準檢討及修改。6. 結合材料、國際標準、產品特性需求及生產設備能力，設計海底電纜。7. 海底電纜各項電氣參數計算。8. 海底電纜各項機械參數計算。9. 各項技術投標文件準備與製作。10.帶領設計團隊，與相關部門合作，完成上述設計任務。

1-Identify suitable suppliers for additional scope needed 2-Prepare scope descriptions as well as project-specific, technical requirements for these contractors 3-Contact suppliers and organize/manage budgetary proposals 4-Identify risks regarding the proposed technical solution and formulate deviations and reservations towards our clients covering these risks 5-Create project-specific documentation for our proposals towards our clients
