• Develop a detailed timeline for setup, event activities.• Ensure constant communication between the account team, vendors, and project lead.• Manage and execute procedures for obtaining necessary permits and licenses for the event.• Handle procurement and rental of logistics, including equipment, transportation, and other event necessities.• Prepare for potential issues such as weather changes, equipment failure, or crowd management challenges.• Hire and train staff (PG/PB, Helper, Supporter,..) ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and festival procedures.• Compile a report detailing the event’s performance against the defined goals, including sales figures, attendee feedback, and overall impact.• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards for both attendees and staff.
