What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future?
Scheduling and Coordination:
Assist in managing calendars for senior staff, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Ensure all engagements are scheduled efficiently, allowing for smooth operation of daily retail activities.
Document and Data Management:
Maintain accurate records, including filing, organizing important documents, and managing correspondence.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Ensure documentation is up to date and accessible for operational decision-making.
Communication:
Act as a point of contact for internal and external communication, ensuring clear and effective information flow between departments, staff, and clients.
Assist in relaying important information across retail outlets and the central office.
Data Analysis:
Assist in gathering and preparing data from multiple sources, including business metrics and retail trackers.
Perform basic statistical analyses to extract insights from retail performance data.
Support senior management by presenting findings clearly to aid in data-driven business decisions.
