1.協助客服工程師執行機台安裝、移機、維修、升級及改造，反應品質相關問題，以維護機台正常運轉及如期完成機台簽收。2.建立與客戶及原廠良好關係及互動，以順利執行工作及取得客戶或原廠相關資訊，提供客服工程師參考。3.主動提出工作流程改善提案，以提升工作品質及效率。4.依規定書寫各類技術文件及報告，以提供後續機台維護參考及知識傳承。5.可配合部門海外service技術支援任務。
