Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously while paying attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage multiple priorities. Ability to be proactive, organized, responsible, and work effectively with a team. About the jobThe gReach Program is a paid upskilling program for early career and industry professionals (with less than 5 years of working experience) with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. The goal of the gReach program is to provide participants from under-represented groups with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals.gReach Associates will be placed in teams across different product areas. Participants will have the opportunity to be exposed to career opportunities at Google and further sharpen their professional skills. gReach Associates will learn to make an impact by working with teams on business-critical projects and collaborating with Googlers across a variety of functions. Responsibilities Capture sales leads by driving customer outreach, pitching sales opportunities, and supporting external customer event arrangements. Partner with the AppDev team to drive strategic growth and go-to-market initiatives by developing scalable pitch templates, sales resources, and actionable insights. Conduct market/business analysis of managed portfolio of businesses including any recent VC investment news to identify new sales opportunities. Stay at the forefront of the mobile app ecosystem and Google’s evolving ad solutions; translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business insights for customers. Support partners on integrating early access products and key Google Play priority programs. Develop a fundamental understanding of growth consulting, analyzing key app metrics to help the partner’s app grow. Drive operational excellence with these strategic partners to help them execute opportunities to deliver on their strategic goals. Co-lead high-priority AI initiatives alongside business development colleagues to help developers integrate and scale innovative technologies.
