An university recruiter is responsible to develop and implement university programs to enhance Micron talent branding and visibility on campus while exploring and maintaining the relationship with universities and their faculties. You will be encouraged to bring out ideas to either improve current process and to plan hiring events which align our hiring strategy in order to meet the hiring goal.
The responsibilities include:
Lead initiatives or develop significant and innovative ways to strategically build up talent pipeline and hiring programs for interns and freshers
Develop and maintain relations with target universities and partner with various vendors
Partner with senior leaders and HR business partners to align hiring strategies with business direction and develop influence to reach company hiring objectives.
Study talent addressable market and leverage market or candidate demographics to plan and provide solutions as a subject matter expertise(SME) to meet company's hiring goal
Project management and collaboration with global partners
Data Analytics: prepare metrics and reports to summarize for new proposal or wrap up events
Improve processes and tool kits or develop tool kit standard to expedite hiring speed
Provide mentorship or coaching to others
